Governor Rochas Okorocha, the man with a heart of gold...Imo state governor -Rochas Okorocha has continued with his public display of affection to his people after being spotted helping a physically challenged person during a recent event in the state.

The governor was pictured giving a listening ear to what was said by the man -after which he surprisingly handed over an envelope to delight of the man -as the government officials observed from behind...
