Ekpeyong bastardised the DSS in active cum passive connivance with politicians of all shapes and divides while Ex-President Jonathan stood by wondering (like he's always done) what was happening around him! Service personnel who participated in the impunity operations should not profit by it - that is the way to restored sanity to The Agency!
