That place is heart of owerri nwanne, that Douglas road is a smelling death trap, Aba is no good until recently but Rochas should stop playing wayo on his people.

At least T.A was honest in telling the world he will never touch Aba after he won second tenure, we expected the worst.
But Rochas goes about claiming and making people see him like the best since sliced bread. E no be like that.

He is the best media governor. He hasn't achieved anything for 4yrs despite the huge debt burden.

Why is he owing workers many months of salaries?

Because he (alongside some APC governors) were punished by the past administration of GEJ with cash..
