LITE Character Chart
A character chart is the writing tool that helps writers know their ways around the characters of their story. This character chart is very useful, especially, for protagonist.

Usefulness of Character chart
Connection: It helps writer get connected to their protagonists, antagonists and all character of their story. J.K Rowling knew so much about Harry Potter before she wrote it that she wrote seven books about him.
Twist: It helps you to know the turn and twist you would give your character.
Length: It effectively helps elongate the story. For example, in the book Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, you would discover that, when Kambili’s sullen demeanour was discussed many pages were used just to make people see how she behaves.
It prevents sloppiness: I.e. you already have the information of your character at hand and do not would make little or no mistake. How will you feel after finishing a story about a boy who just lost his mother and you discovered you have told us in the story that he was an orphan.

It reduces misinformation: It helps you prevent misinformation. There are some vital information, which if missed at a certain point would reduce the quality of the story you are writing.

How to Use This Character Chart
You can decide not to use all the options in it
It would be good use it before starting your story.
It is always good to have a plot before starting (so we recommend you get our book of Story Prompt).
It is good that you do not cram all the information into one part of the story. Let them stay scattered.
Try make other characters reveal the real character in your character i.e their weakness and strength; don’t tell it.
