Guy you funny o "Like antivirus you just dey make me dey browse e " really? The beat is cool. We can nod our heads and tap our foot along. The rap is cool too, the guy's voice is nice and he uses simple typical punchlines. But you shouldn't have compared it to African Queen. That one is deeper and uses a much better figures of speech not your "you are too fly just like Virgin airlines..." shiii. At a scale of 1-10 I'll give you erm.... 4 or 5. The song is so addictive your singing voice is awesome, and where did u get that rapper? He's headed For greatness. Please complete the other two songs you uploaded , its rare to find an upcoming who can make such great impact with his songs. @herald , while african queen is thoroughly R'nB , poetic and deep , I'm safe has a hip-hop feel , which is quite in vogue, and just like african queen the song has a very relevant message which it delivers with a very rhythmical touch. You can compare african queen with 'safe' on that note. And considering the fact that unlike 2face who had kennis music at the time, he's an upcoming with limited resources.
That means if he connects with a good music platform he'll do greater .
I Think This thread should be moved to front page , let people know we have great artistes here on nairaland, who can compete with the reigning ones. Do well to complete the other two songs. In this case It is especially a re-do of one of Kwam1's tunes with an added message, and a shout out to Kwam1. Unfortunately Most of the best and evergreen adjectives have been used to describe songs that have fallen short of the majority's expectations here on Nairaland.
I do not intend to follow the stereotype, I don't wanna give much hype to the song I'm presenting. But I want to appeal to every nairalander reading this For the love of good music and for the sake of our community(ship) , please kindly download these musical efforts by this nairalander and be the one to ascribe those evergreen adjectives to them , because I'm sure you will.
