Ios 9 has no jailbreak yet and it cannot be reversed so for cydia tweak users, i will advise us to hold on till the jailbreak is released.

Hope your credit card is not expired, if your answer is No, then remove your credit card and re-add it. That should work.

You sign in with your apple acct which is diff from your mail acct,and can sync your debit card to buy paid apps.

1. Install Paid App for free
2. Install App downloaded or purchased with a different Apple ID
3. Transfer files without iTunes, be it book, media files or documents. Any type of video formats without converting etc

... I think only customization that you need jailbreak
