• Never Make/Take A Phone Call- People are starting to refrain from answering their phone because they don't want to be shushed by more than ten people, but some still do it. In all honesty, no one wants to hear you yell "Wassup" to your best friend who's too lazy to be at the movies with you.

• Don't Put Gum Underneath Your Seat- It's pretty gross, don't you think? Sure you want to add to the magical land of used candy that's probably under there but really think about that.

• Don't Leave Food Everywhere- People have jobs at the movie theater and some have to clean the actual theaters out. Be respectable: throw out your Junior Mints into a trash bin, don't leave a trail for someone to follow.

• Don't Text During The Movie- Sure your friends may want to know if you're LOL-in at the new Will Ferrell movie but a bright glow in the darkness stands out like a sore thumb. If you're like Kim Karadashian and you have to be with your phone, turn down the brightness as much as you can.

• Never Start A Fight- We are also talking about small arguments with friends or a partner, but a big blow-out-of-porportion fight with a stranger is a bigger deal. Theaters are meant for popcorn and 3D visuals, not a stage to show off your UFC skills.

• Never Bring A Crying Baby With You- They can usually be found in airplanes, shopping malls and the local grocery store, but crying babies are also popular in movie theaters. Though they're tiny, they can drown out the sound of an action scene.

• Don't Take Someone's Seat- While it may look enticing to take someone's seat in the middle of the theater while they go for more popcorn, don't. The outcome will never look good, even if you say "no trade-backs".

• Don't Walk In Late- We've all seen it the odd time: there's always someone who arrives 15 minutes, 20 minutes, even 30 minutes into the movie they're about to see. And seeing someone's head float along a crucial scene is excruciating.

• Don't Kick The Chair In Front Of You- Kids normally do this but adults do it too (if they're jerks). Don't be one, because honestly, it feels like someone smacking you in the back of head which is sort of unpleasant.

• Don't Throw Popcorn At Others- There is no such thing as a food fight in a movie theater, besides, do you really want someone who brought their homemade fried chicken to start throwing their food at you?
