Good question deserves a good answer! A bad question deserves a good answer as well! IBB is not in prison because no one has been serious enough to call a spade a spade and when I mean no one, I mean the one who is supposed to be our representative, the president. IBB cancelled or anulled the June 12 election, and ensured that corruption became our national anthem by making settlement the euphemism for bribe and the motto for the period became "chop I chop".

We all or most of us liked this because the system made us all poor and we lost our conscience in pursuit of bread and a little happiness. The Nigerian state as it is today is a total failure.
