Am a batch c serving corp member in niger state. while we were still at paiko camp, the state cordinator assured us that the state would pay us a sum of #6000,but till today we haven't gotten a dime from the state government. why am bothered about this is because we Corpers do all the work in schools here, the teachers in my local government are mostly ghost workers, you only see they during month end gathered around a microfinance bank here to collect thier salaries. This is unfair to us because the work load is too much here.I wish this gets to the government so that they would do something about this.

It is happening in most states. Kwara refused to giv us in 2011 to 2012. Am nt sure if they av started payin again sha? I tink d financial mess d country presently finds herself contributed to d non payment of State allawees. Osun has nt paid in d last 6 to 7 months.
