-insincerity on a part of the government

-treating a fellow human being like he's not worth a piece of shit. For instance, a graduate submit an HND result for a job offer, only to be told that he/she is not qualified based on his/her certificate. Such discrimination alone had killed the ambition of the graduate. Hence, a fertile ground for insurgency is gradually nourished!

When we begin to place value on the lives/visions of humanity, then the end of insurgency is in sight.
