Sunday Vanguard reports that the Nigerian leader has finally ordered the preparation of the case-file. It means that the
people indicted in the $182 million bribery scandal would be prosecuted.

The directive may improve the reputation of the current administration, as it shows that the new president is ready to
prosecute the suspects who played a role in the infamous bribery scandal. It becomes especially important as Western
countries put the release of $141 million allegedly looted from Nigeria on hold.

Buhari is likely to tell his counterpart, Obama, that all those indicted, including former heads of state, a former vice
president, two former Group managing directors of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, would face prosecution
to defend themselves.

The president would also inform the American side that private legal practitioners, who cannot compromise because of
the past government patronage, would be commissioned to handle the case.

It will be recalled that the recent directive by Buhari to reopen the Halliburton bribery case led to the discovery that the
$26.5 million plea bargain money released by the oil servicing firm as part of efforts to shield the company from
prosecution was not in any government account.
Halliburton trial took place during the Jonathan administration. However, its quality and independent nature are
questionable.

This is the way to go.
In this dispensation, no thief will go unpunished.
Any tribe that feel aggrieved can go but before they go, all loot must be returned.
America have punished the guilty ones and thus it is time for the guilty ones in Nigeria to face the music as we already know them and the case is already in the public glare.
Nigeria shall be great again

It's not so easy to throw people in jail. If it was a military rule am sure thousands would have been in detention already

Ameachi was friend with gej before 2013 not because he benefitted a thing from him that required he remained loyal like(fayose)(ameachi fight against a sitting president would have backfired if he had skeletons or benefited a priviledge from gej) that relationship detolorated because of the struggle by MAMA PISS to wield influence in both bayelsa(we say the previous rancour with mr di:ck)and rivers state, then comes the drama of power control over the state and public humilation to amaechi from PISS.
Indeed no real man with balls can allow the ridicule, and unfortunately the weak gej failed to curb his unconstitional wife from interfering in a state affair, he rather took side with his punny and decides to punish amaechi. Amaechi draws line and so it was. Today an Amaechi is seen to some as betrayal, a man not of the same state with gej. Timipre slyva today has millions of supporters in bayelsa state, a man that dumped gej(over gej infamous role in interfering with his sending out)a fellow bayelsan. Even the bayelsan themselves do not regard sylva as much of a betrayal, a state who supporsedly has the right to decide who the betrayal is. Today slyva has supporters, u would have imagined that not a single soul in that state would be with him. Rather some elements in the south east and few south south states think they have the power to wage all their frustration on an ameachi that is not of same state or l.G.A with gej. Ok good even if Ameachi was in pdp, what could he have done, except influence a rivers that is already with gej come what may. Or could ameachi now influence the NORTH,WEST OR EAST. Was it money the pdp lacked when it diverted the nation budget under(buying spoon and stove for billions)to its campaign. Ameachi worked for apc good, even if apc had no naira, the people mind was made up, pdp took over stv, ait(dokpesi)nta, vanguard, punch etc apc never had the fair chance to campaign with media. In rallies pdp shared dollars, rented crowd, but we saw people travelling with their money to see gmb. I even regard oshomole as the one the pdp should target their frustration to, even though we know it makes no sense. Oshomole broke the pdp 99% in ss, a state with aneni after getting gej billons to work, he shared edo with them. EDWIN CLARK a man that was gej godfather, threatned to burn nigeria if gej lost, he had virtually nothing, he milked gej stupidity, even when he knew he couldnt influence his l.g.a. He benefitted a lot built a private university, today orisetJET4 who also got a private university gift frm gej is quite atleast he has shame. But CLARK a dyed in the wool gej godfather who made gej reget obj and the appeal to reconcile with obj that could have helped him. Today Clark stones gej less that six months, no matter how sweet he tired to put it. To say gej was too soft to fight corruption and further explain that even drivers under him have mansions, shows what he wants to portray gej as, the man who made corruption flourised in all bounds. He simply affirms the reason why gej was kicked out and hated by nigerians. He only glorifies that fact and confirms it even as a man who was gej godfather, it can come frm a better source. Today gej even needs support more than he needed when he was president. But his godfather, an ijaw man, that benefitted from him is the first to say crucify him,(because it comes at a time when the whole nation is in a cross over what to do with gej, whether to pardon him like others b4 him, the whole world knows he isnt innocent, but the crux is why he must be the only one punished and not also the 1999 to 2007 guys) but guess who comes out to stylishly say he was corrupt, his very own father. Who can know a son more than his father? To the taniods that has never even seen gej in life, his father says he was corrupt. So now tell me between Ameachi and EDWIN CLARK who is the Judas?

I know some people are about to have convulsion over this news. good news in Nigeria gives them nightmares, bad news makes them jump for joy, and gives them the rocks they need to throw at Buhari.

May God help our President to fight corruption to a standstill.
