Love icecream esp. during the summer time when its real hot and steamy out, . . . . . . cheesy cheesy

Well heres what u'll need and the steps for making are also included pls do enjoy!!. . . .

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup milk or half & half . . . .depends on however rich and creamy u'd like it

1/4 teaspoon vanilla . . . . . .or choclate if thats ur preffrence

6 tablespoons rock salt

1 pint-size plastic food storage bag (e.g., Ziploc)

1 gallon-size plastic food storage bag

Ice cubes

Preparation!!! cool cool cool

Fill the large bag half full of ice, and add the rock salt. Seal the bag.

Put milk, vanilla, and sugar into the small bag, and seal it.

Place the small bag inside the large one, and seal it again carefully.

Shake until the mixture is ice cream, which takes about 5 minutes.

Wipe off the top of the small bag, then open it carefully. Enjoy!

Or to save yourself the stress. . . .just get u an ice cream maker . . . . . . wink cheesy

@ Hauwa

LOL!!!!, I'm very flexible on the whole sugar thing oo, so yeah it varies for me, like they say the sweeter the better! grin grin

Yeah eggs can be added too, like one or two, i usually separate the white from the yoke and just use the white alone,

it also depends on individual taste, Rock salt can be purchased at any hardware store, for example, Ace hardware, Menard's, or even home depot as well,  wink smiley

For cool amateurs like me,use this;
u nid eggs' white, milk, cream, flavouring, sugar, chocolate(i use coffee cos i luv it),
Heat ur milk ova low fire(try not 2 let it burn at d sides),remove 4rm heat n add sugar, Allow 2 cool while whisking ur eggwhites(i use a cake mixer)thoroughly until u notice its reasonably risen nd foamy.Flavour ur now cooled milk(should b rily thick by nw),nd pour into whiskd eggwhite.Put whateva u want(disolvable or liquid based),try to spred cool choco on d top(not an easy feat),then refrigerate nd b patient, U can substitute d milk wit cream, Dependin on ur mixture,it mite take tym 2 set,so ill recc. u make it plenty;so u dont av 2 do it err'day grin grin grin
ope dt wz elpful n not 2 long wink
