I do know I've misgivings about eating and staring at someone's tittiies. embarassed
Maybe it's fun for the dudes.

I'd rather do a proper strip club than strip n food joints.

Abi. What's the point of seeing the bra and pantie-clad lady for 'only' 3 mins when you can do so for hours at the strip club.
Never been to one though.

We also know prostitution is the fault of feminists. grin
And Las Vegas came into existence because of feminists. As ridiculous as that sounds it's nice to accept it.

that's the whole sweetness in the arrangement. No one is forcing anyone into it.

Bros, breastaurants won't be a hit in Naija. The concept is too radical to be widely accepted outside the confines of strip clubs.
How many ladies would accept to wear a bikini to work everyday, let alone wear pastors and a thong?

They wld be a hit..No be Nigerians nii..A bunch of religious but ungoldly people..Very Hypocritical beings..Btw,A friend in Texas once told me about it..Hes also a Nairalander...

Hmm. You may be right; but I don't think any Naija lady is brave enough to sell smoothies outdoors for 6-8hrs a day.

You can only make that kind of money if you work in the big metro markets. Imagine a stripper earning more than an engineer.

Bone that thing. It will be just as it is here.
Some people will be indifferent.
Some won't mind doing it.
Some will abhor those who do it.
Some will be excited to be part of it.

Why?
As a business based solely on looks, the income decreases as they get older. And many of them quit when the hit their mid 30s or 40s.
I wouldn't also rule out lack of savings as a cause.

College Student Says She Makes $180,000 Stripping On The Side

"Maggie" told ABC News she's a Spanish and political science double major at the University of Maryland, graduating debt-free due, in part, to her part-time gig as a stripper at Scores New York.

The college student, who works four nights a week and takes the train to New York twice a month, says she brings home about $180,000 per year.

Reliable statistics about strippers' salaries are basically impossible to come by. Here's what's out there: A 2010 U.K. study found dancers earning about $74,000 per year. Dancers who sued one New York club reportedly said they could earn $1,000 or more in a day. A stripper-turned-teacher going by the name "Story" blogged about her earnings in 2011; her maximum take-home was $479 per day.

Scores spokesman Steve Sabbeth told HuffPost that dancers at his club can indeed earn $180,000 in a year, and then some.

"We have people making way more than that," he said. "Our clients are exceptional clients. They have a lot of money." (Yes, patrons can run up jaw-dropping tabs.)

Sabbeth chalks up his top-earning dancers' success to being very smart and very pretty. "And there are people that like to talk to them. That like to see them dance," he said.

Mike Diaz, the general manager for the all-nude Show Palace in Queens, where Duke student/porn star Belle Knox has performed, is more bearish.

"I'm not saying that's impossible but these days, in this economy, it seems like a lot," he said.

A stripper has published a photo of the money she makes in a single night as a response to the people who ask her why she does what she does for a living.

The image shows approximately $3,345 in mixed bills, as calculated by commenters, meaning that just three shifts a month would see her earn $120,000 a year in tips alone. The thread on Reddit was captioned: 'From now on when people ask me why I’m a stripper, I’m just going to show them this picture (one day of work).'

The user, Menagerii, who says stripping is paying her way through an engineering degree at 'one of the most prestigious public tech schools in the U.S.', admits that this particular shift was a double, lasting from 11.30am until 3.30am, and that it is 'way more' than she usually makes.

'I typically make between $500 and $1,500 a night,' she says. 'Luckily that day I didn't have to dance much. I probably only did about 30 or so table dances and five stage sets.'
She says that another perk of the job is that it allows her plenty of free time as she can work as often or as little as she likes
.

'I can skip out for three or four months straight and come back no questions asked . . . As long as I didn't gain weight,' she adds.

Several commenters expressed curiosity about the kind of cut the strip club takes and whether Menagerii pays taxes. 'I claim all! . . . Most! . . . Some . . . A little bit . . . Dammit, I pay taxes! [sic]' she wrote in response to the latter.
The user, Menagerii, says stripping is paying her way through college

Not just a pretty face: Menagerii, says stripping is paying her way through an engineering degree

She explained that the strippers pay the club to work there, and a house fee is typically $45 plus 10per cent of tips. 'I worked two shifts that day so I paid $90 plus 10per cent,' she said, adding that she puts 90per cent of what she makes into a savings account. She did have to field several critics though, who were vocal in their opinions about her choice of work and what her family might make of it.

But it seems there is no drama there. 'When I told my dad, he said he was fine with it as long as I didn't ask him for money, start doing drugs, or start hooking,' Menagerii said.

A number of commenters admitted that they were jealous, with one even questioning how they might get into stripping too. Menagerii replied that the commenter's stage fright and lack of skill would not be an issue, but 'you have to be in good shape, quick witted, confident, and have a pretty face. Everything else follows.'

Another user made their envy clear in a play on the MasterCard catchphrase, writing: 'Law textbooks: $400 a semester. Tuition: $40,000. Learning that at the top of my field, I can only barely make more per hour than a stripper: Priceless.'
