Google is your Friend.

The fact that you are a bachelor shouldn't restrict you From eating good food, so why feed on indomie everyday?

Its not okay to eat indomie everyday. I'm not a medical practioner so, I cant describe the side effect. But talking from experience, sometimes last year when I used to eat a lot indomie the way you claimed to be doing. I started feeling vertiginous to the extent that, after sitting down for like five minutes and decided to stand up, it would be as if I was going to die.

I complained about it to my nurse and she prescribed Astymin blood tonic and some other drugs that I can't remember. She also told me to stay away from indomie.

Even though I still eat indomie, but its once in a while; maybe like twice in week. And since then, I stopped having that vertiginous feeling.
