Jim was just looking to ride the back of PMB to the next business deal. Something he can already do himself. PMB wasn't having any of it. Same goes with others like FO and Dangote who rode on the back of previous presidents.

Tony to an extent, is a philanthropist but he is also getting a lot back in return and he may not be using his own money alone to fund his charitable work.
