[b][size=14pt] Oshoala Out For Two Months [/size]  All expectations of a return from injury in the coming days by Liverpool Ladies of England attacker, Asisat Oshoala have been dashed, following information from her base indicting that she is out for up to two months. Barely 24 hours after Nigeria’s female team coach, Christopher Danjuma expressed hope that Oshoala will be available for his side’s return leg of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games qualifier against Equatorial Guinea on August 2, his wishes have been dashed. This is sequel to a report out of Queensland that Oshoala could spend at least eight weeks out on the sidelines due to a knee injury. The 20-year-old most valuable player and highest goals scorer at last year’s FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup copped the knock in Liverpool’s 2-1 loss to Notts County last Saturday and had to be substituted after 53 minutes of the encounter. Consequently, Oshoala sat out Liverpool’s next game, a 2-0 victory against Everton in the Continental Tyres Cup, which first fuelled fear that her injury is worse than earlier thought. Those fears have now been confirmed, as the current African Women’s Footballer of the Year, who has scored three goals in seven matches of England’s Women Soccer League (WSL), is now diagnosed to be out until October.
