Na wa 4 philip oh. After them scam me 3k for shortlist+ subscription since January. Till now, them never shortlist me for any job interview, even for their own staff recruitment gan gan, no show. Make I go hala dem for email again.

Guy, its not a scam. Your employer will find you...soon. I've turned down 3 jobs so far. They offered less than 100k.

I know the feeling. Painful!
Shortlist is like Google. Employers come to do searches, based on their needs (vacancies). Those who upgrade to plus (by paying 3k) show up more in those searches, just like the first page of a Google search. Let's hope that an employer that needs your skill set comes along soon...then you will smile. Try to include more than 2 core competence.

In one exams of theirs, they asked areas pertaining to one's discipline. So you can try to be conversant with your discipline and other engineering questions and the firm's background.
