Buhari making all these divisive statements will not help Nigeria develop. He is just too dull to realize he does not have the money nor time, nor the energy to instigate insurgencies in the south south or south east, even if they were his enemies in his mind. That lack of tact in handling Nigeria's ominous divisions is what Obasanjo, like Buhari lacked.
