In a strange development, a 40 year-old man who had iron rings (chastity belt) around his penis was this Monday rushed to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja to save him. Confirming this, the Public Relations Officer of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), South-west, Ibrahim Farinloye, told THISDAY that the man's manhood was swollen. He said the man was rushed to the hospital after the man's manhood became swollen as a result of the iron ring. He said, "The hospital authority invited the fire service officials.
