You can't link a Nigerian bank account, only a US account can be linked. You can still use your PayPal without bank account

It is not a big in as much they accept it.
The exchange rate is a determinant of your card's bank. What is the bank of your card?

Since the Nigerian paypal is not yet enabled to receive funds, You need a foreign Paypal account that can receive payments.
You can also discuss another payment option with your client, or use a PayPal exchanger service to receive the Payment from that your client if you don't mind.

i am asking because i want to purchase goods from someone using paypal for the transaction but there is no place for me to fill in my shipping address,i contacted him and he says i should go aheard that after payment it can be arrange,i just have the believe that he can not run away with my money since i can always fill transaction disput with paypal for refund besides they are physical products,please i need your advice
