Milk is extremely important in any diet, but for some of us that tend to lactose intolerance, getting lactose free milk can be difficult. If any one has any idea where I can get some, I love some feed back.

Try Isomil (soy).

My daughter is on it.
She does not tolerate lactose.

Ask your doctor or nutritionist; I’m sure they would give you some positive response.
