Actually, NNPC Engineers started work on the TAM about 9 months ago, under GEJ. If funds had not been released to them there is no way, the TAM would have been successful.

Most of the work to resucitate the refineries was done under GEJ. PMB was not in power 6-9 months ago, was he?
