The Nigeria football Federation has promised a drastic restructuring of the Falcons after the team’s 2-1 defeat to Equatorial Guinea Yesterday in the CAF Women’s Olympic 2nd-leg qualifier.
Head of the Federation’s Technical Committee, Felix Anyansi says the team was aging and must look to inject fresh legs.

Really?

I would rather say they are young and inexperienced.

95% of those girls were products of U17 &U20 btw 2010 & 2014. Most of them have nt spent more than 2yrs at d senior team. They are mostly jst starting their career. With d exception of Nkwocha and Precious Dede (hu were nt part of d game) the other girls are bellow 24yrs old.
Look at d likes of Azizat Oshoala, Fransceca Ordega, Ngozi Okobi, Courtney Dike, Ugochi Oparanozie, Esther Sunday, Oge Njoku, Halimat Ayinde, Josephine Chukwunonye, Osinachi Ohale, Sarah Nnodim hu are on d ascendency. Would u say these ones too are too old? Compare there ages to d likes of USA, Sweden & Brazil.

They missed 4key players in d 2 fixtures which i think largely contributed to their failure. Players like Oshoala and Ordega could have single handedly change d course of d fixture.
NFF too should b blamed for nt doing enough to secure d release of Franscesca Ordega, Onome Ebi and Josephine Chukwunonye, though Azizat Oshoala is injured.

Keep these girls together, they are very young and promising. We can still inject some younger talented players. We should always strive to get our best legs in very crucial matches.

Baba, you have said it all, no need writing any other long epistle on this matter.
