Lapo is owned by my uncle,Mr Ehigiamusoe from Edo state.
Lapo pays 50 thousand to ND holders,then they minus about 6k for pension,while HND or BSC collects 75,den also minus 6k for pension.
ND holders are mainly in the office,while HND or BSC are markerters.
Aldo there are othe benefits,bt it's no different from a bank Job.
Another advantage is that,u are entitled to soft loans,low interest which can be deducted slowly from ur salary

I can't give answer to ur question. U can try if u stay in IB but they may have the list of shortlisted candidates.
