Nigeria is a country where judgment is sold on bank notes to the rich with bigger CRIMES while the poor are meant to serve long jail term for smaller crimes.....








Oneday, the poor will have nothing left to eat than to shed the blood and also eat the flesh of their rich counterparts.

which further step is he trying to restrain them for taking...... at least the police have finished their investigation is only for the office if the AGF to go about their presentation

The Judge should avoid anything that will further plunge the integrity of the judiciary. While it is acceptable for one to approach the courts on perceived wrongdoings, that should not stop other agencies from performing their constitutional roles. If all criminals or suspected criminals approach the courts for one order or the other to restrain law enforcement agencies from doing their work, what will become of the nation. It means therefore that criminals will be walking the streets and continue in their indulgences without blinking the eyes. Former governor of Rivers State Odili obtained a perpetual injunction restraining EFCC, the Police and other agencies from arresting, investigating or prosecuting him on fraud charges. Another one is about to happen on this case. Nigerians should keep their eyes wide open for the scavengers have not learnt their lessons yet and are ready to do anything within their ambit to frustrate the efforts of the present government. National Judicial Council should monitor what is going on in the courts now with keener interest and be ready to wield the stick when necessary. It is only when this is done that confidence will be restored to the battered institution.

he hasn't experience the change..... he still thinks the past government is still in government where judges can be bribed....



this reminds me of the osun election tribunal case before its was awarded to aregbeshola where one of the lawyer kalejaye bribing the judge

Simple comprehension is becoming complex. Some persons read but cannot comprehend, some had already formed their opinions before reading, some just comment without reading, they just follow the crowd to comment. Court process is sacrosanct and MUST be followed religiously. The judge said" The Police report WILL be nullified, IF found out that an ACTION have been taken on the report, since the suit challenging the investigation had been filled"
What is difficult here to comprehend?

It is nuaseating at times reading abt nigeria politricking, y wil a court hinder other agencies 4rom carrying out their duties. If there is no fishy thing in d alleged forgery y will the senator try to restrain police 4rom their duty? It is quite sad dat d Rich will always have their way out even if cut red handed while we d masses will only rant and blab in corner on social media.
