My camon c8 keeps crashing, I'm so tired. It sucks A LOT at multitasking. Please does anyone know why my phone keeps crashing. Like the screen will go off for hours, I won't be able to use it. At first I thought it was the screen that went bad, but it came on on its own.

Recently someone thought me how to do hard reset and that is what has been helping me. Though the last time I did it, the phone showed some Chinese writeups. I was so scared that I had formatted or done sth wrong to the phone.

Please help a sister, I need to know what is wrong with my phone.

With the impending release of tecno camon c9 I doubt they'll ever come around to resolve the current problems on the c8. That's what tecno does, release a phone, over hype it then abandon it for the next one and the cycle continues. Very useless company.

I need help please. Earlier today, my C8 battery was low, I was not with my charger, I used a friend's.

I got there little over an hour later, saw that my phone was just blinking... It won't get past Experience Smart Life Now, then it starts up again by itself. Does the same thing within 3 seconds then start up again. Never rooted my c8 and I run Android 5.1

It has been like for hours.

The battery that can't even be detached I would have tried detaching it and fix again; sometimes, when I hold down the Power Button, it shows the battery guage, level is red. I have tried holding down the power button and volume up, or down, nothing happened.

Has this happened to anyone's C8 before? How did you fix it?

Problem solved. I took it to a repairer to detach and reattach the battery, he did and everything is fine.
