Pls so sorry for the late reply. The land is virgin and belongs to a FAMILY. It has a survey plan/gazete and no title yet on the land. All you need is to go do ur search with a copy of the document to be sure ur dealing with the right land owners and also be sure its not under government accusition. You can den work out your deed of assignment with your lawyer dat wld be signed by the representatives of the family. But i assure you its a good deal. |

@xstudios I dnt know how you got your land and which area it is. U need to be sure its not under government acquisition cos this could be a problem for you. It also depends on who you no @ alausa and how ur processing the document. But the truth is as long as the land is legit and not government props den be sure u wld get your document. |

Dis property is on hold for now, cos our Government is trying to take hold of it. I had to tell ma clients intreseted in dis to opt out. |
