God i dont know where to start ,i was told to write a programm of a computer base security information system. |

You would have to be more specific and ask a lot of questions. Remember as a programmer, your job is solve a problem or write a programme to solve a specific problem. 1. What kind of problem are you trying to solve? 2. What is your programme supposed to accomplish? 3. What does your boss/employee want you to do to solve a particular problem? You need to ask a lot of questions. Don't allow yourself to get dissuaded. |

You mean a social security information system where someone can upload his picture (blob) and other information and it sends to mysql /mssql database? If yes, I have done something like this before |
