PROPOSAL FOR AN INVESTMENT OF N10M

We are a startup manufacturer of a brand of Android smartphones which are of high end specifications but of lower prices and recently sign an ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) agreement with a contract manufacturer in china for 15years to manufacture the initial 3 sizes of the phones for the African market.

The Board of Directors of our company proposes to sell 10% of her shares for the investor who is to put in the sum of N10,000,000.00 (Ten million naira) only.

The purpose for which we will use the investment is to fulfil obligation by a South African Company who is ready to finance the project for $5,000,000.00 (Five million US Dollars) only and has sent in a letter of interest.

We will also sign an agreement with you that, if after 4months we do not receive the investment from the South African Company, we will refund the N10,000,000.00 (Ten million naira) only.

You will also sign a CAC Form to confirm you as one of the Directors.
