The YES worker: These individuals are committed to their Boss and the goal or task of the company. These individuals do not question the decision of their Boss. They always defend their Boss when faced with opposition. 3. The PRAGMATIC worker: These individuals are not trailblazer. They do not stand behind controversial or unique idea until the Boss express his opinion. 4. The ALIENATED worker: These individuals are always negative and often attempt to stop or break the organisation down by constant questioning of decision made by their Boss. 5. The STAR worker: These individuals are always positive, active and individual thinkers. They blindly accept the decision of their Boss not until they evaluate it themselves.
