One question, who did the paraphet, is it pre cast or casted at the top ?
Is it better for Bricklayer to cast paraphet or get the people who cast german floor with machine to do it ?


That design they do around the window from the outside, what is it called and do they do it when plastering ?

The concrete in-situ is quite expensive in comparison to pre cast.
it's strongly recommend you use your bricklayers to cast considering delicate nature of the casting. U may then arrange concrete mixer for them for proper mixtures.

Whats the mix ratio for paraphet, I know it needs to have a lot of water so its a little wattery. In terms of cost, if pre-cast cost 200k for argument sake, like how much will the in-situ cost ?

Not really depends on the area but rather on the major road level to the subject site.
A particular professional instruments may be used to determine the safe level for questionable area
