The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has yielded to pressure from stakeholders and the Nigeria Governors Forum to release the results of candidates for the May/June 2015 West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), earlier withheld as a result of indebtedness by some states. Head of the Nigeria National Office of WAEC, Mr. Charles Eguridu, announced the release of the results, on Wednesday, 12th August, 2015.
