Thats my own interest. In as much as critics are on Okorocha's neck not to lease out the hotel, he should go ahead and lease it. Government should try as much as possible to disengage possible leakages.

hotel businesses make a lot of money in owerri and environs if you know what you are doing...yes it seems to be becoming a bit too much in owerri but if owners are making money well I dont see it stopping.

Op....is like u re new in owerri.Many hotels in owerri make sense pass this Concorde hotel u re talking about.U neva mention of Immaculate hotel,all season hotel,full moon hotel,Rock view Hotel nd others that i cn't mention.Infact,i no fancy Concorde Hotel again.
