It has to be diego armando marad--- although people of older generation might prefer pele.

Pele?? He was shyte!!!
In em days, football was played with 2 defenders, no complex offside rule and other shiznit.
The defence system was more structured in the days of Maradona and you have to watch Mexico 86 to see what i am saying.
Brazil would still have won all those world cups(58, 62, 70) WITHOUT Pele. . . . .Argentina wouldn't have won Mexico 86 without Maradona.

Since this is obviously going to be a battle btw pele and maradona why not we contributors leave them out and name any other no 10 that we fancy.Mine is gheorghe hagi of romania.Throughout the time this guy was playing romania seemed to qualify for any tournament they where eligible to play whether euro or world cup and they aquitted themselves well especially USA 94.
However after he retired romania has been the doldrums.

Pele had skills y'all should not front on him i have seen clips of him in action Pele was outstanding and brought a lot of moves to the game Maradona was also good but the whole drug thingy really taints everything its like Marion Jones they just don't look the same after the whole drug indictment thing
