A company or orgnization which does not seek to develop future welfare of its work force can never grow. I say this because I know the effect of having a financially ailing staff work for u. Their problems become a burden to ur company as they are always distracted from work by one unmet financial demand. Some companies would pay peanuts, neglect staff welfare ,yet expect growth. Watch and see all the leading companies and notice one peculiar thing.....they put their staff first. Their staff have the best treatment and so therefore are in a position to think out wonderful ideas that puts them ahead of other companies. Even when such companies pay little ,they give their staff the flexibility of developing themselves either educationally or otherwise. But in most cases you meet employers who exploit their staff by paying ridiculously little and taken beyond the required work hours. Its insane but true.
So as employers, let's try and be people to be remembered not for what they are but for who they are.
So dear employees if you work for an organization that does not cater for your future, please plan your exit from that place.
