Reference letter is one of the most important criteria, without it, one is automatically disqualified. Please get it ASAP, you can also draft it yourself.

To the best of my knowledge, I believe you can use your national ID card as that was what I used, besides you will be required to upload a copy of it, so they would be aware it National ID you are using and not international passport. Input ur ID card number there and upload it Shikena, my ID was not even ready then so I had to upload my NIMC slip.

Can you try using another browser to do it, maybe chrome or the new opera Web (not the Opera mobile browser). Try it and see first. Try to re-edit first.

Hello, I don't think that's a problem, I also didn't print. But I think the print option will be availabe later on

Go back and log in, you would be able to print it. I printed mine after submission.
