No wonder your head is shaped like undone akpu. grin grin

If you can tell us the truth, am very sure the oil is not done. I added it too late. My Sisters uused to fry the Okra with red oil at times.

Nice one bit it would have better if you had made a brooth first by mixing your ingredients with palm oil and heat up first so that the taste would be released, add your okra and little potash and allow to cook.

The viscosity would be greater, the add the cray fish, ugwu and Titus fish last to steam and simmer down a little. Thank me later grin

Nice one OP, you've tried.
Though, you added your palm oil at the wrong time, I'm certain your soup will kinda have an 'oily' taste (improperly done).

After allowing the Okra steam for some seconds , you can then add extra pepper to your taste, as for me I like well peppered food, the remaining seasoning cube and your Ugwu (Pumpkin leave). Add your palm oil immediately and stir it very well.
Nna menhn, u have cooked kwokoson.
