Buy the Book at http://stores.lulu.com/georgeshadow The download is $10.00 and you can pay here in Nigeria using Intercontinental Bank MasterCard or any credit cards Lulu.com supports. However, due to fraudulent orders from Nigeria and Ghana, Lulu doesn't ship to these countries, so unless one is in the US or UK or any other country apart from these mentioned two, one cannot get my book in hard copy.
