I don't want to play judge but the blame actually falls on both parties, with Jenny taking the lion's share of the blame.
Peach, how can you pay for service and stay quiet for months simply because she blocked you from communicating with her? Is it too much money or are you the epitome of patience? When you don't fight for what belongs to you, the other party will assume you don't really need it and continue to play the boss over you. That is exactly what happened. If you had taken serious steps almost every week towards retrieving your bale or money, I'm sure it would have been resolved by now. Pls don't do that next time. The world is not that kind.
