Position: Network/Customer Support Officer (Female)
Job Description:
The Network/Customer Support Officer oversees the smooth connectivity of customer's links to the company BTSs and reports both resolved and unresolved issues before the close of business everyday.
She assists customers in solving their various network problems remotely for smooth operations.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
General knowledge of Networks architecture, IP Network, Knowledge in Radio and Telecom will be an asset. (RF, satellite communication preferably).
Cisco CCNA required.
Operating Systems (Windows, Linux).
Application Softwares (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio will be an asset also).
Know standards and recommendations in terms of quality and security
Manage relations with customer
Fluent English, Igbo or Yoruba is appreciated but not a requisite.
Other Requirements:
2 years of experience in Systems and Network supports.
HND/BSC in relevant discipline + 2 Years in IT Hardware and Network environment.
