DESCRIPTION

To manage, coordinate and supervise all company related projects

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Convey company requirements and assist in negotiating with stake holders
• Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with school admin, location management and all stake holders continuously.
• Supervise palmclub presidents and HOC’s.
• Develop, maintain and improve any business relationships vital to palmchat & palmclub success
• Participate actively as projects team member to improve palmclub efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of project through member experiences
• Manage, deploy and analyze feedback surveys where necessary

Required Competencies and Attributes
• In-depth Knowledge of PMP and PMBOK best practices with working experiences (Certification is a plus)
• Not above 26 years as at December 2015
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Professional experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent Verbal and written skills
• Must be ready to travel if the need arises
• Must be excellent at handling pressure
• Must be tech savvy
• A divergent thinker

Experience and Qualifications
 At least 2 years working experience
 Bsc / Hnd
