This rich Arab supercar owner who had his flash vehicle flown to London has not been having the best of weeks in the UK.

Today he was pictured asking locals for help to get his Bugatti Veyron going again after it broke down in Knightsbridge.

The car was seen being pushed through the exclusive area of the capital, just days after it was filmed receiving a parking ticket. It was all smiles for the happy helpers, though, who got to put their hands on the £1million vehicle.
The capital has seen a massive boom in the number of Lamborghinis, Ferraris and Bugattis on its streets as rich Qataris, Saudis, Emiratis and Kuwaitis move to Britain to escape the Middle East's baking mid-summer months.

Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster councils last month began consulting with the public on a plan to tackle nuisance drivers from Gulf states who descend on the neighbourhood each summer.

The drivers are often seen cruising down the streets of central London and revving their flash cars.

Despite their top speeds, many of the cars rarely get out of the gridlocked London traffic and often spend much of the time parked outside Harrods and other luxury hotels.

Many have received parking fines for parking on double yellow lines, but some owners have previously stated that the proposed £100 punishment is not expensive for them and that they will continue to do so.

Westminster Council has previously revealed the parking fines handed out to cars registered in the United Arab Emirates have nearly doubled in the last three years.

Cars from the Middle-Eastern country were given a whopping £57,060-worth of fines last year, up from just £31,780 in 2011/12.

Peeps would later come and tell us *even the whites don't use these cars up to we blacks* which is a big lie. They use luxury cars more than we do.
