according to the islamic history, every islamic scholars believe that 610ad to 632 was the time mohammad received the revelation but now the carbon dating have put more light into it now , the carbon dating result shows that the revelation came earlier which is 568 to 645 compare it to 610 to 630 , now the lapses is 42 years earlier than what we believe with this result will show that most of koran verses were composed earlier even than time of mohammads' birth now it will be glaring that islamic book have strong pagan root in their system and in the koran. guy be rational for once! firstly the test is 95%(approx.) not 100% which implies they are bound to be errors. now 610AD and 632AD fall inbetween 568AD and 645AD, so? statistically 95% significance level can not be trusted in its totality but to some extent!

Both parchment and the writings are considered in carbon dating.

Carbon dating is not always accurate a small error can take u ±50000 years.

guy i'm asking you again to be rational, how does that proves that the quran is not perfect? the manuscript seen has some verses of suratul maryam, kahf and taha. all these verse conform with our quran of today just a difference of handwritting! ofcourse you cant compare man writing with a computer. infact those suras found on the parchment that are incomplete shows that the Quran is the real thing because Allah said the Quran will be revealed in little by little, no surah was completed in just a revelation. the first revelation was the first five verses of suratul a'laq
