3 KEY THINGS:

1) Install and ACTIVATE an antivirus in your system, and make sure it's updated regularly. I will recommend Kaspersky Antivirus for you because it's very cheap and robust. (#3500-#4500) (Setting how you want your antivirus to work is very important. This can be done through your antivirus's settings)

2) Ensure that you update your OS (Operating System) at least once every month, to prevent hackers hijacking your system. (Very important)

3) Create an emergency boot disk and keep it in a safe place. This helps to repair OS when serious error occurs.

That's a common issue in our part of the world.. Almost every pc user experience it.. It simply means the windows software you used is fake or counterfeit. I battle that problem every now and then when I format my pc.
It often comes with a black screen.. It will disable your theme or background image.
Let me share this tool with you and everyone who has that problem..
You'll need to download it and run it and then restart your Pc and you'll never see such errors again.

This means your windows is not activated. You must have been using a illegal / fake product key.
Go to your conputer's control panel > system and check d status of your system u will most likely find out your windows is not activated.

Solution:
Get a genuine copy of windows or a windows activator software.

That depend on how long it has started, but I'd advise you do something very quickly bout it cos you might have system crash so to speak
