The passport is not uploading and without that u cant apply but u can fill d other online forms on the site.

U will only need to resize the passport, that can be done using word paint to at least 60 by 60 for d length and breadth of the passport or u rather visit a cafe to help u do so...

Try using (e) internent instead of Mozilla and it works faster at midnight.

You have to do it at midnight or early in the morning like this time.

You can use internet explorer. Its better than mozilla in filling the forms

The site is congested due to large number of applicant on the site so the best is to apply by midnight . the accepted passport should be in jpeg and should not be more than 250kb.if you are applying through your mobile. Go to your gallery and check the details of your passport if it is above 250kb you will need to reduce it to the accepted kb on your laptop using paint to edit. Thanks

The picture is not uploading. It says 'No File Selected'. We have tried Internet Explorer and Mozilla. Including iPad. No dice.
