If you've used Recuva expertly and it didn't help then I can't help you either. Recuva is my best recovery software.

There might be other softwares that can help you, I just don't know them.

There's nothing wrong with your drive. It's a minor driver problem.
I would have advised you to use driverpack solution online but it needs internet which you can't access right now. So it's either you download this on another computer

Agreeable, downloading drivers is my go-to solution for driver issues.
www.slimdrivers.com is usually very good for driver updates or downloading from the manufacturer's website or identifying the hardware device and downloading drivers.
If downloading is not an option, computerboy has advised the driver pack to purchase.

You have 3 options

Does it state that your wifi driver is missing in your device manager?
Simply uninstalling and reinstalling, might fix the issue.

Nope, actually, I was using d WiFi to connect with my hot-spot b4 but my VGA drivers where missing making my system app so big, I took it to a technician to help me with a drive cos I wasn't getting it on line, which e did, getting home to use d WiFi, d WiFi is not responding n I can't on it on d system, my Bluetooth is no where to b found at all, me just get tired of d paros, it's annoying, w10 is making me having headache I swear

To much browsing with WiFi has made me to forget about modem. I guess you can borrow one. Get an Internet modem and install it. Use it and follow option 2 out of the 3 options lexusgs gave you. Simple

Or download destroy windows 10 spying software. The problem is, you would not be able to update windows 10 operating system after install.

I don't use the system but I've installed the drivers for a friend. The Fingerprint should work
