Maxima Productions Company is a fast growing Media Company that specializes on Media, Branding, through the creation of concepts and contents. We are currently recruiting for the role of Admin Officer. Job Responsibilities

Archiving under supervision to enhance accuracy and adequacy of record keeping.
Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles and ensure efficient allocation of vehicles.
Tracks the fuelling relative to distance for each car.
Booking of flight tickets, cabs and accommodation.
Liaising with services providers like PHCN, Nitel, Water Corporation, suppliers and contractors to ensure uninterrupted provision of services.
Responsible for the firm’s premises.
Manages archives under supervision to enhance accuracy and adequacy of record keeping.
Schedule and coordinate events as required by the company.
Routine and preventative maintenance, repair and support for all MPL-owned facilities and assets.
Manage and coordinate the relationship with vendors, service providers and sub contractors.
Liaise with HR on the logistics of staff training and development, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development.
Bring the organisation’s physical resource and inventory requirements to the knowledge of the Head, Administration.
Archiving under supervision to enhance accuracy and adequacy of record keeping.
Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
Analyze work processes and recommend improvements where necessary.
Other functions as assigned by the Head, Corporate Services.

Qualification:

A Bachelor Degree/HND from reputable institution.
Minimum of 1 year working experience in a corporate organization.

Skills and Competences

Understanding and practical knowledge of general administration, logistics management and facilities management.
Understanding of the local branding and media industries.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Stock control and inventory record management.
Good multitasking capabilities.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
