I really do not know what the problem is with my phone storage memory (I did not root and do not intend to, more so, I do not know how to root), I have uninstalled almost all the apps in my phone yet the problem persists. please who has a solution to this, I really need to update my whatsapp urgently but can't due to this storage issues. move your apps to SD card

uninstall apps that are useless buh yet are installed to the phone memory and can't be moved... try rebooting ur phone

i try all that but mine still saying memory full even when the memory still remain 389 mb and i cant install game from playstore
