For those of you contemplating of buying this device. I'll advice you buy as soon as possible 'cos d price might go higher. The second time I went to the Nokia shop in Abuja @ Ceddi plaza, someone actually bought my phone model (N73) for N52k and the tv receiver for N35k just because he enjoyed it on my phone. Although I tried to advice/suggest to him to buy another phone model like N79 or any other model that has the tv out features but he was just bent on getting the N73, saying that 'he can't wait to taste the enjoyment' I was just laughing at him.

I no get light now and i am enjoying my dstv on mobile. Who needs nepa?,

Does this "tv receiver" work on some particular samsung phones?

@tobidaflava i am not sure if it will work on samsung phones,i have not tested on samsung phone,IT WONT WORK ON SAMSUNG. It work only on PR4 VERSION NOKIA

Ceejay I must buy dis tv receiver cos I need it badly dan any1, but my problem is dat I'm goin 2 av dat amount of money by january1 next yr. I just pray dat it'l be available then.

Nokia Tv receiver is compatible with Nokia N82

No, N82 is not compatible. I tested it myself. The mobile tv application will install on it, but won't open at all. I've tried it several times, all to no avail.

@wilfem somebody i sent the software told me that it worked on his n82 . Maybe he taught it will work since the software installed on his phone. Maybe the latest firmware version of n82 is supported. I will do my own investigation.

Well, do your own investigations/findings 'cos I have a friend who user N82 and he's also interested in the mobile tv experience. So let me know if there's any development about it.

what abt motorola phones my v3x 3g has tv features, nokia has upper hands.

@ pipeandhole for now it dosent deduct money from phone,its works over dvb-h signal and not internet or gprs, connecting to phone to a television depends,if the phone has tv out mode
