Sistine-like Art by Pdizzle(m): 7:29am On Sep 12, 2015 |
TOGETHER From the abundance of the universe I pluck a flower From the graciousness within I plant it's seed From the perseverance of the unknown It rears it's head From the blessings of the celestial It became a tree From the gaze of mere men It became higher From the impartial generosity I get my shade From unending loyalty We die together From the craftman's skills It made a suitable casket From the acceptance of the earth We lie arms in arms © Oso Olumide 2015 5 Likes 1 Share |

CHIDINMA Your heart carries my world My reason to fight, my sword When the night fall, and i think of you I picture a moon by your face, held by a glue The wind whirls, trying to wash your beauty Raising up the sand to kill your purity Even nature is jealous, a mere man be damned Yet you survived, even as the locust swarmed Queen of the jungle you are Your beauty the trees watch in awe Tears flow like the river of thames As the bushes watch you flare up in flames I wait for you, and i romance time Dance with the moments as my self control decline twist turn, turn twist, toss her over I long for the day you'll be my lover 1 Like |

Nah i don't want love I want the oceans rushing without emotions Without strings attached Without people's opinion Without effects of the populace Without the urgency of time I want the moments static Time frozen People hopeless The good destroyed The bad expectant Your heart beating for more reasons Your situation unexpected Your chance slim Your evil exaggerated You fear magnified Your time ticking But what do you offer? Priceless smile Deep doubts You want it or not, I'm not sure Let the time tell I wait for the bell But do I have the patience Can i stand my conscience You say you're u adulterated I'm filthy, I'm masturbated Can i have peace? Can this trouble seize? This is the cry of a caged man Plea of a soul damned Tiger by the tail Swift movement of a snail But can anybody understand Can i kiss the sand Sorry the dust I fear for the lust One Two Three Four Time me Maybe I'll come true These dreams pass me by The visions say bye These people don't understand No they don't understand Damn 2 Likes |

I know what the seas see, The rumblings and rustlings.. What you face when you don't let the bees be, I thought i had love until i peeped through my lover's louvre I felt she loved me till i knew Monica's monicker 1 Like |

You have a lot A whole lot Even when you don't have. The eggs in the hen shed, All layed without prejudice, All buzzing with life forms. Different of course The survived, the decayed, the choked, the disabled. All unaware in it's own shell, All carried away, All blessed in its own curse, All cursed in its own blessings. Take me aback, Make me aware, Knock on my shell. Teach me compassion Teach me gratitude. 1 Like |

JUST FOR TODAY... We can boogie down, We can Marvin gaye, As we listen to the sound, We can eat chocolates all day. Whatever you wanna do, However you wanna do it, If Sam Smith ain't too good, We can put some Ed Sheeran in it. Make love to some R. Kelly, Together with Roberta Flack, Whip cream and KY jelly, Tomorrow, i won't say jack. Abel Tesfaye can testify to this, Oh yes, I'm a freak I bring 50 shades of bliss, Make a whole day seem like a week. I'll Insert some Miguel in you, Choke till i hear quero fugir, That's how I show my feelings are true, We anyways are, destinado a morir. I know you like Daniel Bedingfield, Our wildfire this room will delay, Put out the bed in field But only for today. © Oso Olumide 2016 2 Likes 1 Share |

JigsawKillah inspired this, i had to add to it. MAN Man, a destroyer of his own Tongue laced with deceit Treachery, embedded in his bone Diabolic works on his feet Man, who builds a home Then seeks shelter elsewhere Then sights another man's dome And seeks to rest his head there Man, what have you not done? Swords and rifles brought you doom Then you developed nuclear guns And tried to blow up the moon! Man, treacherous from birth. Your soul is burning, You heat up the earth, Then you scream global warming. Man, spending life for money, Issuing dud checks, It will rain tho the day is sunny, Story of a ship wreck. Man, slayer of one another, Architects of mischief, Who hangs his own brother, When he himself is the thief. 1 Like 1 Share |

BEACHSIDE The waves came around, And it parted with a gift, The small usable tip of the blunt, Half naked women, Unclothed souls, Hot young men, Intoxicating music. Life they say is vanity, Vain is better with a light heart and smiling faces, My feet is bare but my soul is not. What is life if we don't enjoy it, The wave came again, and it got the blunt tip. Why not unwind, When life is as transient as the footprints in this sand. |

WRITE ME THIS Let the epitaph read; Here lies a man... Who like all others bleed. With little or no friends. Fell and rose, Like other infants, Sent a rose, To a love so distant. Loved very hard, Got more in return, Got heartbroken, Broke more return. Vanity his favourite sin, Yet could be full of soul, Filthy as a market bin, Still could drown in his shoal. Peeked into the stars, While very tender, Cleaned up his scars, With wisdom from yonder. Broke bounds of religion, Searched for his god, Became his own minion, Drank from his word. Contentment his drug, Believe his pill, His pen his bug, In the bed of his skill. Ruderalis and friends, His small circle, To the height of earth, Of the great circle. Sing him his tune, let him dance, None is happier, Who takes his chance. Travelled, Still traveling, Unwearied, Ghost hovering. If these words can't fit, Inscribe with respect, "Here lies a man Who has no regrets". © Oso Olumide 2016 1 Like 1 Share |

When a heart is broken When a heart is broken Food tastes like pain Memories keep dripping From where your heart was slain When a heart is broken You curse and you hate And sometimes so bad You wish you were late When a heart is broken Your fireplace is wet It once burns with rage Now a spark is hard to get When a heart is broken Fear what it brings Like lots of baby scorpions The pieces stings When a heart is really broken It pains, it pains, it hurts It pains, it pains, it pains It pains, it pains, a lot -mephestopheles © Oso Olumide |
